Shipping policy

All JilMil Toys orders ship from the USA.

Orders are typically processed and shipped the same business day when placed before our daily shipping cutoff. Orders placed later in the day, on weekends, or on holidays may ship the next business day.

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary because of carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incorrect shipping address.

We currently ship only within the United States.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at sales@apdglobalinc.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.
